Hue Lyew Chin Engineering Ltd. (HLC) is an established consulting civil engineering firm that began operations in 1965. The company was started by young Jamaican engineers Thomas Lyew, Lloyd Hue, and Phillip Chin, who wanted to contribute to developing a young Jamaica. Over the years, HLC has collaborated on notable projects in Jamaica and the Caribbean.

Mr. David has over 30 years of design and construction experience in commercial and residential projects. He is a valuable team member with vast and varied experience in structural and civil engineering projects. Mr Goldson has worked as a design engineer on several structural engineering projects in Jamaica and the Caribbean.
Thomas Lyew
Consultant
Mr. Tommy boasts over 55 years in the industry. He possesses significant experience working on many notable projects. Mr Lyew has worked on building and civil engineering structures, including multi-storeyed offices, apartments, factories, hotels, schools, and highway bridges.
Rickconie Johnson
Staff Engineer
Mr. Rickconie is proficient at structural modelling and site supervision. He has contributed his expertise to our industry for the past five years.
Ernst McKenzie
Senior Draughtsman
Mr. Ernst is an established draughtsman with over 40 years of experience in the industry.
